SHIPPING POLICY

Thistle is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Thistle proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our
power to get your order to you as soon as possible and undamaged. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

During the check-out process you can select your shipping options. Currently we transport mostly with DPD, but depending on special circumstances we could offer other shipping options. These will always be clearly shown in the check out process.

Delivery times are variable depending on chosen destination. Tracking numbers are provided so you can follow you order during shipping/transport. Deliveries in Belgium should be delivered in 1-2 days under normal circumstances.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Thistle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information
states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the shipping company.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Thistle allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised
that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. Thistle will not pay for the costs of returning goods.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In the event there are items which are out of stock we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
