Springbank 21 Year Old 2025 – A Taste of Campbeltown Complexity

Springbank’s 2025 edition of the 21 Year Old single malt is a triumph of balance and maturation. The blend of casks (65% Port, 25% Bourbon, with touches of Sherry and Rum) brings together sweetness, wood influence, and a subtle spice that complements rather than overwhelms.

From the moment you swirl the glass, you’re greeted by indulgent notes of sticky toffee pudding, ripe Medjool dates, and rich treacle, cut through with blood orange zest and a whisper of peat smoke. The palate follows, deepening the experience with smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, blackberries, and a surprising savoury edge of Iberico ham. The long finish brings cinnamon, banana bread, and an earthy trail that lingers pleasingly.

This is whisky for sipping — not rushing. A dram that rewards patience and returns complexity with each nosing. If you appreciate matured single malts with character, smoke, sweetness and strength, this is one to treasure.

Glenlossie 2012 – 12 Years – 100 Proof Edition #35

This elegant Speysider aged in both Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and spice. The nose opens with fresh pear, citrus zest, floral honey, and almonds. The palate delivers toffee, candied orange, dried fruit, and soft nutty notes. Its long, warm finish is marked by subtle sherry richness and lingering vanilla sweetness. A great showcase of Glenlossie’s clean, fruity house style — but with extra weight at 100 proof.

Rising Reserve N°2 – 21yo double matured on Marsala casks

We are delighted to unveil the second bottling of the ‘Teeling Rising Reserve,’ a super-premium series of unique 21-year-old Irish single malts. The series was created to celebrate the global renaissance of Teeling, Dublin, and Irish whiskey, as it continues to be the fastest-growing premium spirit in the world. The Rising Reserve Series is a follow-up to the highly sought-after and successful Revival and Renaissance bottlings that Teeling originally released to commemorate the opening of their distillery in Dublin, marking the revival and renaissance of the tradition of ‘Dublin Distilling.’

We only have a few of this limited 21yo Teeling edition. But for those who missed out on the first release we kept some aside so you can still go for the whole series.
