• Produced with a family-owned winery in Jerez, who have specialised in thePX grape for over 300 years
• We filled varietal PX casks, which have been used by the winery for almost 90 years with our single malt

• Non-chill filtered
• Single Malt
• Aged for 14 years
• Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks
• Initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks
• Finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks for over 3 years
• Limited to 10,000 bottles

Nose: Apples, roasted nuts, plums & raisins
Taste: Dark chocolate, figs, sultanas & cooked pears
Finish: Dry fruits, burnt sugar with a dry finish
