Description
This second Rising Reserve bottling is a 21-year-old single malt that first matured for over 18 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and then spent an additional 3 years in high-quality ex-Marsala casks. This double maturation imparts sweet, red fruit and deep spiciness that flirts with fresh citrus notes. Rising Reserve No.2 is limited to only 6,000 bottles and was bottled at 46% without cold filtration.
