Tasting Profile

Nose: Opens with notes of ripe apples and honey, evolving into scents of cinnamon, brown sugar, and toasted wood, creating a delicious pastry-like world enriched with notes of brioche and baba. Palate: Straightforward with a fine structure of toasted wood. Very rich, featuring pastries balanced with baked apples, spices, and dried fruit (almonds, raisins). A hint of candied orange completes the gourmet flavor palette of this calvados. Finish: The smooth finish recalls apple pie, strudel, black currants, and brown sugar, reminiscent of the finesse of Foursquare rum.
