Christian Drouin Calvados – Les Millésimés 2001

Description

This Calvados Pays d’Auge is double distilled in a copper pot still. Maturation took place in old barrels from Calvados and old Sherry barrels.

The nose is rich, intense, full-bodied with notes of pudding, leather and caramel. The mouth is full, with a nice structure. It finalises on notes of sweet almond.
