Bunnahabhain 1991 23yo -A thread of smoke – WEM

Description

This 1991 vintage Bunnahabhain was matured in a single hogshead, from 1991 to 2014, before it was bottled by Wemyss.

It was bottled with an outturn of 302 bottles and given the rather poetic name A Thread Of Smoke. According to the label, this single malt “…sews together redcurrants and sea-salt with a thread of smoke,” which was too cool of a metaphor to not mention here.
