Description
Billy Walker specially selected this limited release of 2,600 cases. The whisky first matured in bourbon casks and then finished in Grattamacco wine casks. It was aged in Speyside, non-chill filtered, and contains no added coloring.
The oak’s essence, the level of charring, and the craftsmanship of the casks leave a distinct mark on the whisky. The oak also carries the influence of the grape variety and terroir from the vineyard, adding layers of complexity, depth, and charm.
